Accessibility & Senior Comfort:

  1. What’s included in the rental rate?
    We want your stay to be seamless and stress-free. Your rental includes full access to all on-site amenities, high-speed WiFi, and essential utilities for a comfortable experience. For added convenience, guests can request early check-in or late check-out for a small additional fee, subject to availability.
  2. What’s your cancellation policy?
    We understand that plans can change. Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund, minus any applicable fees. While we do not offer travel insurance directly, we highly recommend purchasing coverage to protect your trip.
  3. Is there staff on-site or available 24/7?
    Your comfort is our priority. While there is no on-site staff, we offer a 24/7 answering service to assist with any needs or concerns. Our dedicated team is just a message or call away to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
  4. How do you ensure privacy and security?
    Your safety and peace of mind are paramount. Our property features secure, keyless entry and a Ring security system monitoring the outdoor perimeter. We respect your privacy while ensuring a secure and worry-free stay.
  5. What’s your check-in/check-out process?
    We offer a seamless, contactless check-in experience with keyless entry via the August Lock app. Guests can access the property using the app or a personalized code, making arrival and departure effortless.
  6. How far in advance should we book?
    We welcome bookings up to nine months in advance to ensure you secure your preferred dates. Our properties operate on dynamic pricing, meaning rates fluctuate based on seasonality and demand. Peak seasons tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early for the best availability. Returning guests may also enjoy priority booking for future stays—just ask us about securing your next visit before you leave
  7. What makes your property unique compared to hotels or other luxury rentals?
    Our properties offer the best of both worlds—the luxury and polish of a high-end hotel combined with the comfort, privacy, and personal touches of home. Nestled in peaceful settings, our rentals are designed for true relaxation, complete with thoughtful amenities, stylish interiors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Unlike a traditional hotel, you’ll enjoy spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and serene outdoor spaces—all curated for an unforgettable stay.

    Absolutely! We strive to make your stay as seamless and personalized as possible. We are currently collaborating with The Host Co. to bring you curated experiences such as private chefs, event hosting, equipment rentals, and more. Have a specific request?     Our properties are conveniently located less than a mile from fantastic restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the best the area has to offer. Whether you’re looking for gourmet dining, boutique shopping, outdoor adventures, or cultural experiences, we’re happy to provide recommendations and even help arrange exclusive experiences to make your stay extra special.
  10. What happens if something goes wrong during our stay?
    Your comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities. We have a dedicated support team ready to assist you if any issues arise during your stay. Our maintenance team responds promptly, and we have contingency plans for unexpected situations like power outages or appliance malfunctions. We are just a call or message away, ensuring that any concerns are handled quickly and efficiently so you can focus on enjoying your stay.

  1. Is the property wheelchair accessible?
    Absolutely! Our property is designed with accessibility in mind. Guests will enjoy step-free access, wider doorways (over 32″), and dedicated disabled parking for added convenience. In the bathrooms, we’ve thoughtfully installed sturdy grab bars for both the shower and toilet to ensure safety and ease of use.
  2. What specific ADA compliance features are in place?
    We’ve incorporated a variety of thoughtful accessibility features to enhance comfort for all guests. Our bathrooms include secure grab bars, handheld showerheads, and walk-in showers with either built-in benches or stylish teak shower stools. For added luxury and ease, we offer heated floors and bidet-equipped toilets.
  3. Are there accommodations for mobility-limited guests? Describe first-floor bedrooms, seating areas with proper height furniture, and any medical equipment rental partnerships.
    Absolutely! Our home is designed for effortless living, with a fully accessible one-level layout. Guests will find well-placed seating and thoughtfully arranged spaces to enhance both comfort and ease of movement. If you need specialized medical equipment, we’re happy to connect you with local rental services to ensure your stay is as smooth as possible.

Children & Family: 

  1. Is the property child-friendly? What ages are suitable?
    We welcome guests of all ages! Our space is designed with families in mind, offering a comfortable and inviting environment for little ones and peace of mind for parents.
  2. What baby/child equipment is provided?
    To make your stay as seamless as possible, we provide a Pack ‘n Play and high chairs for your little ones. If you have any special requests, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
  3. Are there specific areas or amenities for children?
    Absolutely! We offer a variety of fun activities for all ages, including board games, cornhole, ping pong, foosball, bingo, and mahjong. For outdoor fun, there’s a fantastic water park and playground nearby. Your family will have no shortage of activities to create lasting memories!

Pets Policy

  1. What is your pet policy?
    We warmly welcome up to two well-behaved dogs per stay for a fee of $150 per dog. To ensure their comfort, we provide cozy dog beds, spacious crates in each suite, food and water bowls, and towels for drying off after outdoor adventures. You’ll also find convenient waste stations with poop bags and designated trash bins to keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.
  2. Are there additional cleaning fees for pets?
    Yes, there is a $150 fee per dog, per stay, which helps us maintain the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for all guests. Additionally, we require a $500 refundable deposit for all stays.
  3. What are the local pet regulations/facilities?
    We strive to make traveling with pets as seamless as possible! Nearby, you’ll find scenic walking trails, pet-friendly parks, and trusted veterinarians should you need them during your stay. Let us know if you’d like recommendations!

Additional Important Considerations: 

  1. What are your noise/event policies?
    We want all our guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. To respect our neighbors and maintain a serene environment, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, especially in outdoor spaces. While we welcome small gatherings, we ask that guests keep noise levels low and enjoy our home responsibly.
  2. Do you accommodate multi-generational groups?
    Absolutely! Our home is designed to comfortably host guests of all ages. We offer two spacious king suites with private ensuite bathrooms, along with flexible sleeping arrangements to ensure everyone has a cozy and restful stay. Our open-concept living spaces and well-equipped kitchen provide the perfect setting for family gatherings, making it easy for multiple generations to relax and connect.
